LG CNS won a 35 million dollar scale contract on Information Communications Technology education business aimed at enhancing the education level of elementary•middle schools in Columbia. Columbia’s capital Bogota, concentrated with population causes regional gap on administration, education and culture. The idea behind this project is to reduce such existing gaps among regions. Through this project, 6 ‘Education Innovation Center’ set up with ICT education contents development equipment will be set up, and the produced materials will be distributed to 50 elementary•middle schools. Starting in Columbia, LG CNS plans to expand its ICT business to diverse regions in Latin America.
